When a user visits the nuCloud site various pieces of statistical data about the user are automatically collected.  None of this information can be used to personally identify anyone and is used for diagnostic purposes.

nuCloud uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of our products or services as they become available and updates of current products and services. nuCloud does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties except where required by law.  nuCloud does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.  We conform to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

USE OF COOKIES.

Various pages on the nuCloud site use cookies (personalized information about your preferences on the site stored on your computer) to better serve you.  A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. nuCloud secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. nuCloud secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
